2. Overview
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking services and does not embed third-party content (e.g. maps, videos or social media plugins). Fonts and images are loaded directly from our server. We only process personal data if you contact us via the enquiry form, by email or by phone.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur. When you access our pages, information transmitted by your browser is recorded automatically (server log files):
- IP address of the requesting device
- Date and time of access
- Page or file accessed and amount of data transferred
- Website from which access is made (referrer)
- Browser and operating system used
This data is technically necessary to display the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website. The log files are automatically deleted or anonymised by the host after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
4. Enquiry form for sample sets
If you request a sample set or a quotation via the form, we process your details (company, contact person, email, phone, delivery address as well as information on area of use, lengths, colours, requirements and your message) in order to send you the sample and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). When you submit, your email program opens with a prepared message to us. The data is only transmitted when you send this email yourself. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for processing, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law) prevent this.
5. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (e.g. name, company, contact details and content of the enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in responding to enquiries. Deletion takes place as described under section 4.
6. Links to other websites
This website contains links to other services, such as www.gv.ag or our online shop. Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click on such a link. That provider's privacy policy then applies.
7. Your rights
Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to
- access to your data stored by us (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
